- 競泳選手と一般学生の静止けのび姿勢の特徴と牽引けのび泳速の比較
19 Sep. 2020, The 26th Biannual Congress of Japanese Society of Biomechanics, Poster presentation, 本研究は、静止したけのび姿勢の特徴と牽引けのびの泳速を泳力差の観点から検討することを目的とした。身長および体重がほとんど同じだが、泳力が著しく異なる2名の参加者(大学競泳選手と競泳経験のない一般学生1名ずつ)を対象に、静止けのび姿勢の浮心位置と重心位置の距離(BG距離)と下肢沈降度、立位けのび姿勢における体幹部横断面積、けのび姿勢にて26.7N、53.4Nおよび80.1Nの力で牽引された際の泳速を測定した。BG距離は選手が2.6cmで一般学生が2.9cmであり、下肢沈降度は選手が1.7度で一般学生は水平姿勢を保持できなかった。牽引けのび泳速は、26.7N, 53.4N, 80.1Nの順に選手は1.10m/s, 1.60 m/s, 1.87 m/sであり、一般学生は0.90 m/s、1.38 m/s、1.81 m/sであった。以上より、選手は一般学生よりも抵抗の低い姿勢を保持出来ることが示された。 - 運動時の脳血流応答と調節機序
