2014, 宮澤 幸希・白勢彩子・馬塚れい子・菊池英明, joint, 知能と情報, 日本知能情報ファジィ学会誌, 26, 1, http://doi.org/10.3156/jsoft.26.510, 人の知識獲得のプロセスを計算論的に検証する目的で，大脳皮質感覚野の情報処理を模擬した自己組織化マップが用いられる．本論文の目的は，自己組織化マップを用いて，人の乳児が母国語の音素体系を獲得する過程を計算論的に解析することである．先行研究では自然な入力信号の分布特性（音素の出現頻度やフレーム数）が十分に考慮されていなかった．本研究では，自然な連続音声を入力としてシミュレーション実験を行なった．実験の結果，100秒程度の日本語の連続音声から，5 ％（/u/）～92％（/s/）の精度で音素体系が獲得可能であることが示された． - Distributional Pattern of Compound Accent Observed in a Japanese Accent Dictionary and the Corpus of Spontaneous Japanese

Jul. 2010, 白勢彩子，筧一彦, joint, Transaction of the Technical Committee of Psychological and Physiological Acoustics, the Acoustical Society of Japan, 日本音響学会聴覚研究委員会, 40, 6, 本稿では，アクセントの発達過程を詳細に議論することを目的に，共通語地域で行なった実験結果を報告した．実験は，単語アクセントの発話生成と，母方言（ここでは共通語）とそれとは異なるアクセントを含む数種のアクセント型に合成された刺激音を聴取し，「おかしい」かどうか判断を求める知覚実験の2種から構成されている．4歳児の結果を検討したところ，（１）アクセント生成は，年齢によらずおおむね良好な正答率である．（２）アクセント知覚は，4歳5ヶ月を境に，発達に伴い知覚できるようになる過程が示唆された．（３）アクセント生成と知覚の結果を比較すると，生成の方が結果が良好である．（４）アクセントの生成と知覚の，発達過程における相関は低い．これらの点について，先行研究の結果と対照させて検討した． - 日本語音声の韻律的特徴が担う役割についての考察

Jun. 2006, 白勢彩子，太田一郎，筧一彦, joint, Transaction of the Technical Committee of Psychological and Physiological Acoustics, the Acoustical Society of Japan, 日本音響学会聴覚研究委員会, 36, 4, 日本語の代表的な方言である東京方言（共通語），鹿児島方言を母方言とする幼児および成人を対象に，母方言および異方言アクセントの知覚実験を行なった．実験の結果，鹿児島方言の幼児および成人は，母方言アクセントも異方言のアクセントも許容し，共通語の幼児および成人は母方言のアクセントのみを許容していることがわかった．これらの結果は，鹿児島方言の幼児および成人は，共通語に比べてアクセント聴取の感受性が低いことを示していると考えられた．
