12 Mar. 2024, WANG Li Jun, KATO Yasuhiro and KUSATSU Yusuke, joint, 東京学芸大学紀要 教職大学院, 東京学芸大学教育実践研究推進本部, 75, 27588629, On September 13, 2022, the “Catalogue of Majors in Graduate Education（ 大学院教育学科専攻目録）” and the “Administrative Measures for the Catalogue of Majors in Graduate Education （大学院教育学科専攻目録管理弁法）” were promulgated, indicating 14 departments and 117 first-level departments to be established in the Graduate School. In the “Catalogue of Majors in Graduate Education （大学院教育学科専攻目録）,” “Fine Arts and Calligraphy （美術と書法）” in the Department of Art Studies was newly designated as a first-level department.
In this study, the background of the revision of the so-called Graduate Department Catalog from the 1983 edition to the 2022 edition is discussed after examining the changes in the catalog. The state of “study of calligraphy （書法学）” after “Art and Calligraphy （美術と書法）” is positioned as a first-class department in the “Catalog of Graduate Education Department Majors （大学院教育学科専攻目録）” will be discussed.
Calligraphy education in Chinese universities must be clearly constructed as an integral part of the comprehensive departmental system of “fine arts and calligraphy （美術と書法）” to realize the overall goal of integration.The construction of a calligraphy department could be developed through cross-fertilization with other art departments. In addition, “Art and Calligraphy （美術と書法）” can become a truly independent, diverse, inclusive, and attractive first-class department by conducting in-depth research from many angles, including text, history, culture, and society, in addition to the perspective of art aesthetics. - 通過対教学目標和教材的比較分析，開展的日本与台湾的書法教育研究
