Mar. 2019, 【執筆者】阿部恭子/相澤雅彦/北茉莉/駒場優子/佐藤仁孝/宿谷晃弘/李京林；【監修者】草場裕之, 第5部第1章「加害者家族の子どもの抑圧と人権に関する予備的考察：国家の責任を中心に」, 現代人文社, 加害者家族の子どもは、思いもよらぬ事態に巻き込まれ，構造的かつ永続的な抑圧に苦しむことになる。本稿においては、加害者家族の子どもへの抑圧の特徴やそれをもたらす構造的要因を分析した上で、憲法學や教育法学等の成果を参照しつつ、加害者家族の子どもの人権について考察し、その上で、当該人権の保障に対する国家の責任について粗描した。

The advocates of the critical pedagogy have shown various reactions for this "crisis". Some paid attention to traditions except the critical pedagogy. The republicanism is one. The republicanism revived in spheres such as the history of thought as the thought that could show an effective prescription for the confusion of ideologies after the Cold War. In republicanism, there are a direction focusing on personal freedom and one focusing on common good. It is the former that Itay Snir and Yuval Eylon pay attention. Snir and Eylon are going to regain power of the criticism of the critical pedagogy in the modern society by letting the critical pedagogy talk with the republicanism pedagogy. Their attempt will give a useful suggestion for pedagogy to intend freedom and virtue, deliberation and deep learning.
